Feng Shui Consultant revamps Hi-Tech Office, improving the bottom line as well as raising the spirits of Management, Employees and visiting clients.

Agility Systems, Inc. hired Meg Kroll of Elemental Solutions to upgrade their offices in Margate Florida. They needed reoganization, update in style (ok, they didn't have an office style!) and most importantly, needed to make visiting clients more comfortable while being in a hi-tech area.

Determined to expand the company, CEO Paul Alcock recognized the impact that the office environment had on visitors, and was accutly aware of the reduction in efficiency due to lack of material organization.

"You need Help" was Meg's initial reaction. A plan was developed to include restyling the entire office layout, providing appropriate storeage for materiels, and very importantly, tossing out the clutter. That meant additional work on an already stressed workforce. Meg's plan allowed for that, and the transformation was scheduled to cover several weeks, baby steps allowed Agility to implement the changes with Meg's help on a manageable timetable.

"We had to keep the office productive while introducing the changes" Paul reported, "Probably the toughest part was tossing out the clutter. But once we got into the right frame of mind, and could see the benefits, the rest was easy."

Since the transformation of the office, customers are quickly at ease, staff get through work more efficiently and with less stress. New furniture, artwork, redecoration and some new desktop equipment has made a huge difference. "We are amazed at the difference the change has made. Meg did a great job and her oversight of the processes made it easy to achieve."
